Okay...Zoe's really storming my brain. Something has woken up the muse that's for sure---not that it's all that hard to figure out what. Procrastination and stress during times when I'm not badly depressed are the perfect recipe for my muse to get to work. For once it's not even being too distracted by the music..rather inspired by it instead. *goggles*

It's just odd to realize how bad I was there for a bit. Big hugs to my flist for putting up with me. Hopefully the musey will start putting out ficlets or something to entertain you with, but right now it's pretty laser-sighted on Camouflage. Will be interesting to see in a few days if the scene I just finished holds up. A little worried that I pushed the plot too hard. But it can be revised...the general premise is sound. Of course River came off sounding WAAAY too sane, always a sign that I'm pushing too hard.

But hey, gotta give the betas something to fix right? *winks at cassiee and shdwdrgn*

Okay...*whispers* Apparently the muse workout yesterday put it and the bunnies to sleep. I've spiked their drinks w/ vicodin just in case. *hopefully that doesn't make the muse start channeling a certain pill popping doctor*

Work will be done today. But as I performed my ever so dragged up morning rituals, I did pop over to the_official to take care of my modding duties. I must say, I've been a little deficient in them, mostly because there has been such a lack of response to the challenges *though I know that's partially because I still need to send the episodes to three dear friends who will then participate like the creative icon geniuses they are!*. So I decided to make it more fun and less work and switched over to cap caption challenges. Hopefully the folks there will find more inspiration w/ them.

So now that my fandom duties are complete (and they are! I've written a spontaneous ficlet and done my mod duties today), I will throw myself at the science. Please feel free to fill up my flist w/ distractions for when I take breaks. Y'all were awful quiet yesterday (though that was probably of the good as it forced my muse to do what it should). Well everyone except inlovewithnight, our community making fool. :):)

And yes, I am resisting all temptation to create a YoSaffBridge community.

Well, fleshlycherry pushed as well as a few other people and I caved. Created devilwoman_, obviously it's fixation is on everyone's favorite red-head from Firefly.

All types of fan contributions are welcomed as long as they are YoSaff centric. I'm using an icon that cassiee made for me a while back as the default icon.

Well after finding out that only Jayne and now YoSaff had communities devoted solely to them and not a ship, I poked and prodded at inlovewithnight until she caved -- she's created oh_so_shiny in order to celebrate our favorite mechanic, Kaylee:):)

Send 'em to McDonald's already

Okay...so watched Grey's Anatomy tonite (brain just doesn't want to do what I need it to this weekend). And after several frames, here's my opinion--get the lead actress to McDonald's and force feed her already. Look...I can understand being naturally skinny and all that shebang. I was a rail for large parts of my life---but when all you see is bone in the arms there is something wrong. Stop doing the Calista Flockhart impression already.

Fortunately, the show is slightly starting to revolve around more than the lead so it was a tad more tolerable tonite. Not great, not really that fun, but less painful. Sadly, w/ that more character development, they are completely screwing up the asian girl's character I think. *shrug* I know..it follows desperate housewives, so we gotta have everyone having sex all the time right? Oh well.
