Yes, yes, more spammage but educational this time

Okay, can I just say I'm continually surprised as to what constitute news for the media? Some statistician computes the data from hundreds of studies and concludes Vitamin E is potentially dangerous in excessive doses and it makes the front page? First off, if you pile together a bunch of data and do stats, you can prove whatever you want---it's called data mining. Secondly, hello? Too much of anything is bad...especially if it is fat soluble. I mean come on, just about everyone I know has known someone who ended up w/ bloodshot eyes from taking too much Vitamin E simply because it was in supplements they were prescribed and they didn't know it. It's an anti-coagulant people. Which, on a side subject, always check the web on side effects of any herbal supplement you take and potential interactions....it can help prevent nosebleeds (vitamin e + ginger) or overdoses (thank you gnc for always suggesting the dosage required by a 250 lb man!).

Okay..just had to get that off my chest.
AND U. OF OK BEAT NEBRASKA!!! Woohoo, if the defense holds it together and manages to beat Kansas, we might actually win the Big 12 championship this year. Yes I'm bitter about last year. And WTF is up w/ Jason White? I swear, he forgot how to play football over the weekend......sorry, lived on OU campus during the 2 yrs of its worst football in its history and only got to see really shitty games. So I'm bitter. And it's something I can rub into these yanks that we poor unwashed masses of the Midwest can do better than they:)

conclusions

Hey everyone. Just wanted to post a heads up at least here. Probably won't do so on FFF.net just cause I'm getting really annoyed at less than pleasant responses to mostly innocuous blogs.

Anyway, mostly if you are holding your breath waiting for story updates on anything currently in progress, please stop:) I haven't had enough time to write, and now when I do I'm mostly not happy with the majority of it. So have concluded that in all likelihood I will not be posting chapter updates any longer up until the entirety of the story is done. This will be helpful in that I will actually be able to go back and change things in earlier chapters if the plotting decides it needs be done. Will be painful in that the rest of you will have oh so much less to read. And I do feel that pain, trust me. However, this will in no way limit my participation in fffriday challenges so I will endeavor to do those as I can.

Again, I apologize about this. Have just gotten to the point that I really want to focus on the how of my writing when I get the chance to...which inevitibly leads me to disliking it in comparison to that of other talented writers, fanfic and pro alike. So, am taking a cue from the chinese wooden duck parable and not going to post the finished stories till I'm mostly satisfied with them. Hopefully it will mean that the reading experience is worth the wait!

........but well, watch this space. If the muses decided they need to feed the bunnies, I may post snippets and teasers occassionally. Or retract this completely as the mood decides...perogatives of my gender and all that.
