Ooooh, Verizon....

Now don't get me wrong, better than Comcast, and a legend compared to Cablevision/Altice-one, but still.
So thought i'd tackle the "set up internet at the new place so if i need to be over there for contractor work or anything, I can still work easily"...
So the saga began last night -
1) 4 devices and many attempts later, finally log in to verizon website
2) on PC, repeatedly hit "move with your service" and get a 404 not found page
3) give up and go to bed
5) Start it this morning thinking I can get someone on the phone and dial through and spend 5 minutes on prompts to be told "you can schedule a phone appointment with a rep on our app, or wait.. the wait time will be 4-6 minutes". So i figure wait
6) listen to tinny music and repeatedly LOUD advertisements as time ticks by until my anxiety gets the best of me and I jump off (was being inundated with work emails and time ticking down to a call)
7) eventually decide "I'll schedule a call on the app"
8) try to log into the app
9) for some reason last pass won't actually enter info on my ipad so i have to enter it manually
10) 2 tries later it lets me in and....
11) gives me a security question that i answer two time and am in risk of being locked out
12) I answer one more time but this time in all lower case
13) I'M IN!!!
14) go to the "contact" and see a FAQ that includes a Movign button. I push it
15) finally get offered to go to choose stuff for new service with internet options of 200 -- 400 -- or gigabit.
16) check to see my current plan (which I upgraded last year) -- 300 mbs. Cost $88. ..
17) hmm, let me see what else it says in billing --
LIterally it says charge is 88 bucks including a 5$ credit that expires march of next year and a 200 credit that expires... NEVER???? WTF? no other detail on surcharges feeds etc
Is this because I bought my router instead of letting them rent it to me? What the hell.
18) poke at site and decide i want to see if I can talk to rep to get my same deal at the new place and why i'm getting a 200 dollar credit a month for some insane reason.
19) decide to schedule a call. push the button that says it will let me tell it when it is convenient to call
20) my phone rings -- automated voice from verizon asking what i'm calling about and taking me through 5 minutes of prompts before putting me on hold and wait, I have a business call in 5 minutes this doesn't work.
21) give up and decide i'll tell it to call me at 8am tomorrow.
*head desk head desk head desk*
ION, i need to rent someone who has spatial awareness because I think i have to get all new bedroom furniture to go into these small 1920s bedrooms and still be able to move around.
