I tried a mouth guard once -- I do have mild TMJ but I don't grind my teeth unless I'm in a migraine loop. But I also have an overbite so my mouth doesn't fully close even with dentist fitted mouthguard so I never feel like I get restful sleep with it
Really probably a sign it's time to buy a new pillow
Honestly with first few Episodes of timeless I didn't it would become must see tv for me. But by halfway point in season it got seriously good. I'll have to see which one it was saw the uptick and u might consider giving it another chance. :)
