My location from last thursday to wednesday:
Arizona - 24 hours
NJ - 18 hours
Germany - 3 hours (layover)
France - 48 hours
England - 24 hours
NJ -- !!!!! :)

And now I have to get my apartment ready for friends to stay despite it's current status of overseas packing-geddon. :P

For better or worse, I found out that compounded benadryl mitigates my food reactions. Apparently Toulouse croissants (or the 2 pieces of prosciutto) weren't safe and had GI reaction for an hour and a half. But that time is an improvement over most times as I took the benadryl immediately when it started. And no brain fog/grumpiness afterward.

Yesterday for lunch, I hadn't done shopping so I decided to get my "safe" pizza for lunch for the group. Safe in that 2 pieces = gurgly stomach and severe brain fog with possible headache and subsequent face/neck breakout. I decided I wanted to eat as much as I wanted (5 pieces) so I took a benadryl with it. No reaction, no brain fog, and my skin didn't react. I was a bit fatigued for an hour or so from the benadryl, but I didn't do my normal "want to hibernate for 12 hours" as soon as I got home either.

It's nice to know that I have something that I can actually take to help things now, though I won't push it.

Also, I'm beyond upset that work decided to go crazy the night of my stay in england which made me cancel my sightseeing plans for the next morning :(:(:( I did like what I saw from the cab ride to and from paddington station though. Also, was nice to be able to go to a starbucks and get a cup of coffee that wasn't expresso based :) (and wow, a chatty nice barista, so I was still aware that I was not in NJ...)
