jebbypalI'd thought that I'd been feeling differently for a bit now. Just realized as I threw a milk carton away that Organic Valley has started adding vitamin D to their whole milk.
No horrible symptoms yet, but geeesh. Not cool. Have contacted them to find out more info. Siiigh, and I'd just started really enjoying white milk. And contemplating buying a yogurt machine so I could have yogurt without Vit D headaches. Guess I'm glad I waited on that.
