I hate discovering an important paper that was published in the last year that I should have known about.
Worse, I hate it when said paper involves an aspect of biology that I tend to try to ignore because it is pretty mind blowing to keep track of (micro-RNAs. I'd explain in more detail, but oh my god, I loathe the things. I'm still adjusting to the whole fact that the dogma of DNA->RNA->protein isn't true anymore. I prefer to follow a field once they've worked out what the hell is going on instead of contradicting each other every week). And then I hate crossing my fingers that a review has been published that manages to explain said paper in understandable detail. The review I found wasn't great --- wording had me crossing my eyes several time, but btw the words and the pics, I think I have it figured out.
Oh, and I think Dick just made a major mistake. Jen is too stupid and self absorbed to make a lasting alliance, she's relatively safe to keep around. You should have gone ahead and nommed one of the the Mrs Robinson alliances. Then again, Jen might always get taken along for the "no one will vote for her" way to win in the final two, so there might be something to it. Still.
Also Nick ---- telling a father that you aren't "fucking" around with his daughter (game wise was the implication, not other), is not exactly the best way to convince him. Perhaps if you actually tried to keep your language clean and maybe say how you respect her instead of stalking her every minute of the day, you might have a chance. Seriously, dude, back off when she keeps telling you that she has a boyfriend.
Also, the america's player challenges just get lamer and lamer. Seriously "vandalize a house guest's stuff"??? Eric should seriously pass on that one.
Oh, the above review also had the added benefit of finally spelling out what the abreviation of this one protein was.
