Bush says executive privelege means that the Justice department will NEVER prosecute contempt charges for those that refused to testify for congress

Ummm, WOW. I mean, you saw it coming, but you figured he'd at leasst dilly dally to use up some of his time.


Also, just in case you were wondering, September progress reports on the surge are meaningless (unless of course, they provoke an even bigger surge.)
