Some of Pentagon's email taken offline due to hacker attack

Really interesting is the following:

When asked if his own e-mail was disrupted by the security breach,Gates explained that he is a "low-tech person" and doesn't personally"do e-mail."

Ummmmm......

Seriously, I can't get over these high profile spooks and such that continue to say they don't do email. Or claim to be "low tech". I'm sorry, but a) it's not that hard to learn and b) if you can't learn new things, then maybe you aren't up to snuff to be in charge of the sort of stuff you're in charge of.

I mean, maybe you should be delegating out these news conferences and using that extra time learning how to text message and use your email.

Oh but they all have secretaries. God. Believe me, it doesn't mean they don't use it, it just means they don't actually USE it.

still, it doesn't do much for your faith for the people to change and adapt to new ideas if they can't even master a new (and pretty durn simple) technology.
