I don't like the results that my experiments this weekend gave me. Not that they're bad or anything, but I don't like the implications. siiigh.

There's no chance that they're a fluke? Can you repeat the experiment--or is this the re-run?

Oh, one will definitely get repeated. The other was a pilot to determine if I could do chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by taqman on less than 5e6 cells...answer is yesish, but some big error bars. which means there may be many many many futile cell sorts in my future if I can't convince my boss that other experiments are better to do.
