Drain odor update

Gaaah, how boring is that. But I bitched and whined about it.

Deadbolt was locked when I came home yesterday, so maintenance people did come though they didn't leave a note or anything. *rolls eyes* Odor is gone, but I can't tell what they did...smells almost like they poured a bottle of febreze or fabric softener down my drain.

Oh well, I hope it sticks.

is it just a drain trap (U tube looking thing) that needs to be cleaned/flushed out from time to time? Then that's probably exactly what they did. Poured water or bleach/water down the drain and then used something to cover up the smell.

it's the bathtub so I have no clue where to find the drain/trap.

but yeah, that's the consensus. I just don't have the greatest confidence in the new maintenance people.
