actually, it's a sinus migraine from the weather change. and yeah, i do have to go to work though i'm going in late since i don't have much to do till this afternoon. ;) And i had lots of rest which is why it's so annoying. slept from 6-1 last night and then got another 5 hours on top of that.

Excedrin finally made it so I can move around. :)

Owwwwch. :( I suspect I've had headaches similar to that -- the kind where it feels like any light in the immediate area is a physical pressure, pushing spikes into your skull, and where it's dizzying to try to do anything because all you want to do is squinch your eyes shut and make the pain go away.

Actually, your descrip sounds more like my corn allergy migraines. But yeah much of the bad.

problem w/ the sinus migraine is light only hurts due to the squinting cause moving anything eye related hurts:) i can handle sinus pressure fine, but I'm a wimp at sinus pain and downright sissy the second my neck muscles tighten out of sympathy.
