whine

So yeah...umm...the new lab is going to drag me kicking and screaming into the real world. The meeting on friday...another 9 am one *moaans* Okay, yeah, I know, no real biggee and it's time I start functioning on a normal schedule anyways...which wouldn't be that big of a deal except that between my apartment being a normal temperature and the sun being out, my body wants to switch over into non-depressed night owl mode now! Taking me forever to go to sleep at night...and my body doesn't like to ever wake up w/ less than 7 hrs of sleep. Ahh well, guess it's good encouragement for me to hurry up and start working out already so my body will obey me.

on the other hand, yeah!!! Temps dropped down to the low 40s (or lower if the weather page is to be believed), but they didn't turn the heat back on!!! I love sleeping in a room that is in the low 70s, really, I love it!! *dances* Course, it makes laying in bed enjoying the warmth in the morning a little bit more enjoyable too...but hey;)

squee thanks to [livejournal.com profile] kazbaby1

OmG...the perfect way to end what will hopefully be my last painful lab meeting --- found this on kazbaby1's lj:

This is a quote from Rockne O'Bannon about the future of Farscape at a recent con, and comes from the NYCareascapers list.

There will be more Farscape (yay!!!), they are just waiting to see how Firefly's Serenity is doing before deciding if they want to go to feature or do another mini. Brian Henson wants to do a feature, so if Serenity does good, it will give Brian help to convince investors. If Serenity does not do good, it won't mean there will be no more Farscape, it just means that it's gonna be more work for Brian to interest investors. All in all, there will be more Farscape!

Hoorah!! So if you do have any friends who liked farscape and didn't like firefly (perish the thought) tell them they have to go see serenity anyway!!!!!!!!

Going off to dream of Ben Browder on the big screen w/ Nathan Fillion. Hey joss, how 'bout casting Ben in Return to Serenity...cause you know, can never have too many pretty men!!
