Advice....

So, any advice on how to minimize/shorten the hangover post-migraine? Cause I'm ready to admit that that's what these are, and nothing I've been doing seems to be helping. (though I need to remember to avoid carbs when they start even if it seems like the only thing my stomach will tolerate).

Drink water, and plenty of it. Part of a hangover-induced migraine is because the alcohol dried you out. ((hugs))

LOL, thanks. But it's not a hangover-induced migraine - but rather the complete 24 hours of feeling like crap post-migraine. ;)
