I'm really tired of the neighborhood skunk outside my heat/a/c intake vent.

yes, but do you get intake air that makes your eyes burn?

Plus, I never see it. I only smell it.

Sometimes they pass by my window, or spray the bush out front. My poor sister lives in an area that is overrun by them, but it is illegal to harm them(which is good and I support that decision).

You are more sensitive to smells than I am, I don't like their smell, but it doesn't make my eyes burn.
