Jared Padalecki to star in The Christmas Cottage

--he'll be playing Thomas Kinkade. Yes, that Kinkade.

I want to know who in the heck had a bright idea for a movie about him. Isn't it bad enough that you can't turn around without seeing one of his "art" shops?
