Umm, when one decides to nap, one needs to have the willpower to get up when the nap is over. As it is, after a three hour "nap", I think I'm just going to face facts that I won't be going back to sleep anytime soon after my long phone conversation with the 'rents.

ahh well, these things happen.

Heh. Welcome to my world! LOL. I usually grab a "nap" in the daytime that lasts from 1-3 hours. At least, I used to call these naps. I was informed by A (who has just had to learn to live with this behavior on my part) that these are not naps, they're "going back to bed." Well, hell, I don't sleep enough at night now that I've stopped the Ambien, so WTF? I mean here I am at 12:15am wide awake as usual... Gotta make up for it some time...

But we got to talk, so maybe something good came out of it, right? :P
