Yeah, they knock me out too...still (after more than 25 year of taking them)! So I usually only take a half at a time.

And as an ex-exterminator (thus, the screenname) PLEASE get your home treated for the roaches. But call several and ask how they treat it first. DO NOT hire anyone except a company that says they will put BAIT IN YOUR CABINETS (non-toxic to humans and is the only thing that really works as it can kill the ones in neighboring apts/homes/etc.)
