If only the entire episode could have been as good as the best 3 scenes of it, that would have been the finest hour of tv ever. Seriously.

and in other news, I'm now officially over my problems that i had with grey's anatomy early in the first season. Except for the new onest that I expressed in the cut.

Ahhh. I don't watch that show. I'd actually intended to watch because I saw a commercial for it, but then was told that it's a continuation from last week.

That was indeed an exceptionally good episode. Drew me in from the other room and I watched most of it. I try so hard to avoid more tv and get other stuff done, and A. watches it, I hear it, and I get sucked in.

I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeealy wish they would quit dragging out the drama over Meredith and Dr. McDreamy and Dr. McDreamy's wife, though.

And I do believe that's the first time I've ever heard someone refer to that particular part of female anatomy as "vajayjay." LOL!

You know, the thing i hate about that triangle is just how meredith acts. which granted, is true to nature for certain relationships, but it's not very comfortable to watch.

but yes, more george and bailey moments were great. As was izzy's, "i gave you sex in the linen closet. you tell him he had an anxiety attack".

and omg, i love the casting choice they made for the chief's wife!!

OMG, thank you for not spoiling me! That was just too good not to see blind! It's funny, I was sitting there with the roommate and saying, "So...you think Meredith is going to start dating Kyle Chandler (Bomb Squad Guy)?" Then when he blew up, all I could say was "...guess not!"

So true. O'Malley is the... um... well, I suppose "the bomb" really wouldn't be appropriate given the episode, but, er, "the man"! : )

And I was more than half expecting it to go. Just, y'know, not where it would permanently damage the title characters. It's like that whole playwriting shtick -- "Look. Gun. Preeeeety gun. Daaaaaangerous gun. What, you thought we'd let you get away without seeing how dangerous it is?" Oy.

*sigh* I kinda liked Bomb Squad Guy, too. :(
