hmm, bad precedent...and yet, I myself pretty much assume that anything I say or do on the net can be traced with greater or lesser ease. same with cell phones or regular phones. it's not so much that I operate with an expectation of privacy, rather that I don't wish the government or anyone else to abridge it. glad they caught this, because there is a lot of regulation out there that is slipped in and becomes a precedent without anyone's knowledge until too late...
