A couple of donation links
As I've stated before, I'm planning on donating physical goods and such. As a result, I went ahead and went looking for some places that were accepting such donations. Here's what I've found:
Katrina Shoes is accepting donations of both shoes and money.

been there clearinghouse You list what you have to donate and someone contacts you w/ an address. It also has a list of locations accepting specific donations.
