All this stuff about baking chocolate chip cookies w/ white whole wheat flour? I reserve judgement on the final cookie product, but the dough does not taste nearly as good. *pouts*
Also, turinado raw sugar doesn't work as well as plain old raw cane sugar in cookie dough (dough is crunchy). But low, I have three bags of turbinado sugar to get through since B misunderstood my request for "raw" sugar (though in his defense, TJ's does have this labeled as raw sugar).
ETA - never mind! The cookies themselves are scrumptious and the first time I've actually really liked "warm/hot" cookies that weren't otis spunkenmeyer's corn flavored crack. Mmmm...
of course, this begs the question of whether there will be any left before b gets home.
