Well, heres some helpful suggestions for your arch/feet issues..
Mike walks all day at work and is on his feet and had high arches till they fell and cause him tons of pain.. So, we finally found a solution which doesnt cost a fortune..
go to walmart.. and buy either some Dr. Scholl's Nurse shoes or some of thier tennis shoes and then stick some of those stupid "Im Gellin" Dr. Scholl's gel insoles in em.. will cost you about 30 bucks or so..
might not make you make it till 30, but it might save your feet for a while longer till you can get those lovely orthopods to look at em.
