An icon out of date if there ever was one
I mean seriously, with Walking Dead, this icon hasn’t aged well. Oh well.
Knees continue to be on the mend. Can do wide stance squats with no pain or after effects and slowly adding back in lunges and others. As long as stretching happens a minimum of every other day pain/swelling is minimal. But trying to make it an every day thing.
1/3 of my furniture order from Memorial Day has come: the swivel rocker so that I can easily turn and chat with guests. The other idea originally was thinking that the split up sectional was behind some of my leg/lumbar/piriformis pains as the half on that wall was a little bit narrower and didn’t have good back support in way usually sit on it. (And being quite a bit worn in since it was the one I generally laid on for over 5 years including g the 9 mos of sleeping on it that time that I couldn’t get breaker reset at the old house…)
So I’ll have plenty of time before the rest gets here (electric recliner loveseat console) in January (supply chai. Willing) to decide if the rug really works with the grey leather or not. Right now looking forward to it finishing degassing in hopefully a week or so cause yes the parrot notices it especially if I sit in it. Wheeeee.
