Seriously 2010? Can't we havea truce or something?
I'd hoped that I'd avoided the cold that B apparently was coming down with when we had lunch and grocery shopping last saturday. For the most part, it seemed I did dodge the bullet.
Then I was bone tired and cranky and achy all yesterday. And I woke up with one side of my tonsils being very very painful. And now I just hope that I have the cold because if I've managed to catch strep for the first time in 20 years before a weekend in which I have a fuckton of work, me and 2010 will be officially enemies.
As it is, being sick the second time in 2 months is extremely not cool. Especially since everything in between has been snow snow and pulled back.
