Ah the dizziness was that one day only thing of the combination of all the stress, the lack of sleep, and going back on coffee that day. It's all gone.

As to the all over the place, yeah - it's my normal spring bungee cord of emotions of "yay the sun is back" but "boo, nothing else in my life has changed". But I'm good, hon, nothing to worry about.
