It is like Burn Notice with the do it yourself with $15 worth of parts thing going on...but the comment at the bottom is correct, you could buy one for about that same price, you just have to watch the laws about stun guns in your area. Also, the fact that he used duct Tape and masking tape on an electrical device scares me; you are suppose to use electrical tape to avoid fire.
